Ο Τσορωτιώτης Κωνσταντίνος γεννήθηκε στα Καλάβρυτα από τον Βασίλειο και την Μαρία Τσορωτιώτη. Νυμφεύτηκε την Ντάνου Ελένη από Σκεπαστό Καλαβρύτων και απέκτησαν έξι παιδιά: τον Αθανάσιο, τον Βασίλειο, την Ιωάννα, τον Δημοσθένη, την Μαρία και τον Παναγιώτη.
Εκτελέστηκε από τους Γερμανούς στις 13-12-1943 στην Λάκκα του Καπή.
