Ο Αγγελάκης Κωνσταντίνος γεννήθηκε στο Αχλαδόκαστρο Αιτωλοακαρνανίας από τον Αριστείδη και την Δήμητρα Αγγελάκη. Νυμφεύτηκε την χήρα του Δημητρίου (Μήτσου) Σταθούλια, Διαμαντούλα (το γένος Καννά) από τα Ροϊτικα Πατρών και δεν απέκτησαν παιδιά.

Εκτελέστηκε από τους Γερμανούς στις 13-12-1943 στην Λάκκα του Καπή.
